Wisdom Rock is more than a name. It's a place where we sit together - grounded, supported, and open to new perspectives. Just like a mountain overlook offers a wider view, therapy can help you step back and see yourself and your life with fresh clarity.
About
The wisdom found at the top of a mountain is wisdom you brought with you.
Like you, I am a human being doing my best to understand and navigate life in the complicated world that we live in. My own personal and professional journey has taught me how human we are, and what it really means to be human. Along this journey, I gained the passion and skills to help teens and adults navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief/loss, trauma, and major life transitions with greater understanding and resilience.
I approach therapy with the understanding that you are the expert on yourself and your own life, and that meaningful change comes from a combination of self-awareness, compassionate curiosity, and a sense of responsibility towards what you truly value in life. Working together with the expertise that you and I both bring, my mission is to help you stay afloat while you navigate the wavy waters of your own journey.
There is no need to perform, filter, or over-explain - just show up as you are! I offer compassionate support to help you continue loving yourself through the messy process of change, as well as accountability to help you follow through on the changes you seek – at a pace that feels sustainable and authentic to you.
Life can be really hard, and I want you to know that you're worth the effort! You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. Support is here when you’re ready!
